3. Jaggery: 2 tbsp
4. Green chilles: 2
5. Garlic: 1 tsp
6. Ginger: 1 tsp
5. Water: 1/4 cup
6. Curd: 1/4 cup
7. Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
8. Rock salt: 1/2 tbsp
9. Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
10. Salt to taste
